Welcome to Hotel Point View, located at Reliance Cross Road, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. By booking or staying with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or using our services.
Booking and Check-In
All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation.
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to room availability and additional charges.
Payment Policy
Room charges and applicable taxes must be paid in full at the time of check-in unless otherwise stated.
We accept major payment methods including cash, UPI, and digital wallets.
Any additional services (e.g., laundry, meals) will be charged separately.
Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows will incur one night’s charge.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to maintain hygiene and cleanliness during their stay.
Any damage to hotel property, equipment, or fixtures will be charged to the guest’s account.
Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited.
Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.
The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation to anyone violating property rules or causing disturbance to others.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gandhinagar courts.
